We work hard to offer the best products and printing which means most items are made to order. Due to the this, 

we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if for some reason you are not happy, or have received a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at gloria@thefaceted.com to take care of any issues that may arise. 

Custom orders are non-refundable.

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on

your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5- 8 business days

International: 10-20 business days

Gloria Joy is not responsible for any shipments lost via the mail.

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order
